ReplyDeletePwede po bang paki pasyalan yung TODA ng Balagbag sa tapat ng Tiaong Rural Bank sa daang Flores, ginagawa na pong sugalan ang nasabing terminal ng tricycle, wala pong pinipiling oras ang mga dryber ng nasabing TODA, lagi po akong dumadaan dito papuntang Lianas supermarket at sa tuwina na ay nakikita ko silang nagsusugal, masama po sa panigin ng nakakarami ang nasabing pasugal at nagdudulot po ito ng masamang ehemplo lalo na sa mga mag-aaral pong nagdaraan sa nasabing kalye, sana po ay bigyan niyo ito ng pansin at aksyon sa lalong madaling panahon, meron po tayong existing law governing sa mga ganitong uri ng pasugalan na dapat po nating ipatupad...ARESTUHIN AT PAPAGMULTAHIN O DI KAYA AY COMMUNITY SERVICE SA LAHAT NG MGA MAGSUSUGAL NA ITO.

ReplyDeleteDapat linisin ang mga drivers ng JEEP at TRICYCLE... linisin ang asal. kaming mga private owners ang nagbabayad ng buwis para sa city pero yang mga PUV drivers ang walang tigil na sumusuway sa batas trapiko. grabe. boto lang ang kahalagahan ng mga yan pero perwisyo halos lahat!!!!

ReplyDeleteThe mean of transportation by tricycle to the city are contributors of noise pollution, traffic congestion and smoke belching. The smoke belching refers to the sudden emission of dark toxic smoke from motor vehicles and it is associated with air pollution. Smoke belching mostly occurs in vehicles whose engines are old or have been poorly maintained. It is a risk for health and safety of the city populations if not strictly regulated and reduced it at present, however tricycle operation are commonly livelihood for an ordinary citizen in the city. If let say 2000 tricycle remove then 2000 personnel have no work, they are included to the jobless and may add to creates crime rate in the city.
On the other hand, the leaders should look what alternatives or options that tricycle drivers/operators be employed once the tricycle removed in the city and not to be idle instead be productive citizens as employee to contribute the economy of the city.
They are now sindicate organization need to address for the benefit of all residence
Driver/operators not all are San Pablo registered voters.Everyday inconviniece when traveling inside the city are problem. Every year additional vehicles added but not expanding the road how the traffic be resolve if the leaders cannot find proper solution to the traffic congestion. If the tricycle be reduce running on the road was a big loss to the revenue? or just dont care about the effect of an ordinary citizens here?
